Officials in California are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 7-year-old boy last seen Tuesday, in Santa Monica.
According to the Santa Monica Police Department, King Darius Lozada was last seen at around 6:50 p.m. May 5, with his father, identified as Darius Clay Jackson, 55.
Police stated that Jackson “may be experiencing a mental health crisis.”
King was last seen in an alley near Arizona Avenue and Berkeley Street, and may be on foot or on a black electric scooter.
He’s described as a Black male who stands 4 feet tall and weighs 85 pounds. He was last seen in light blue sweatpants and a dark blue sweatshirt.
Jackson is described as a Black male who stands 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs around 210 pounds. He was last seen in a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to contact 911 immediately.
